The Authority's first message is to develop human resources in order to build the Kuwait of the future by restructuring and continuously developing applied education institutions and their programs and designing a national system for Kuwaiti professional qualifications. Therefore, the Authority is keen on constantly developing its educational programs and keeping pace with e-learning, and it always seeks to keep pace with the requirements of the era by creating new sectors that serve the educational process.
This comes from the Authority's vision of focusing on the basics of knowledge and relying on self-education methods and providing opportunities for educational growth for those who are able and willing through the diversity and comprehensiveness of study, adopting the method and system of continuous assessment, and paying attention to aspects of practical training in institutes, centers, colleges, and in work and production sites, in the belief of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the importance of development, construction and refining talents, whether on the academic or societal level, and therefore it constantly seeks to hold conferences and scientific workshops, and to participate and be present in relevant international forums. Throughout its history full of achievements, the Authority has achieved a great leap in the fields of new constructions and projects to increase the capacity of colleges and institutes. We hope that the process of advancing the wheel of development and education in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training will continue until it achieves its goals as a leading academic institution among other global institutions.
